Auto Insurance

Workers' Compensation

If you work in Oregon, your employer is required to provide workers’ compensation insurance so that you can get the care you need if you are injured on the job. It is your responsibility to file an Oregon Workers’ Compensation claim with form 801 as soon as possible if you are injured on the job. Health plans vary from person to person, and your insurance company may require you to meet your annual deductible before they cover a percentage of your care. With most plans you are only responsible for your copay when you visit the chiropractor. What if I don't have insurance?

Newberg Chiropractic Clinic is happy to offer the highest quality care at an affordable price to ensure you receive the care you need. Insurance coverage should not be a barrier to care! If you are concerned about cost, we are happy to work with you to develop a payment schedule you can afford.

Do I need a referral?

In most cases there is no need for a referral from your primary care physician, however in certain circumstances it may be necessary. We will always keep open communication with your other providers to make sure that you are taken care of.
